While the items may break the player's immersion thanks to the Red Bull logo emblazoned on the item, the trinkets themselves appear to offer tangible benefits, especially in the early game. For example, the Red Bull Medallion will give Naoe a +3% affliction buildup on enemies above half health, while the Red Bull Wooden Plaque restores 2% of Yasuke's health on dodging an attack.
